Tiffani Heidebrecht has overall responsibility for the Retail investment activities at Crow Holdings Capital. She has been associated with CHC and CHC-affiliated entities since 1998, including two years of involvement in real estate fund accounting. During her tenure at CHC her responsibilities have included acquisitions of over 5.6 million square feet of retail properties, asset management and dispositions. Tiffani is a member of the Crow Holdings Capital Investment Committee.
Prior to joining CHC and CHC-affiliated entities, Tiffani was with the accounting firm of Deloitte and Touche in Dallas, Texas for two years.
Tiffani is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute where she sits on the CRC Green Council. She is a licensed certified public accountant and received a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from The University of Texas in Arlington.
