Susan Bailey is a Director in the Investor Coverage group at Crow Holdings Capital. She has been affiliated with the firm since 2008. Her current responsibilities include investor coverage, including current and prospective investor relationship management, strategic initiatives, and business development.
Susie began her career at CHC as a member of the analyst pool and was promoted to Head Analyst. She also worked as an Asset Manager in the Multifamily group.
Susie received a B.B.A. degree in Finance from The University of Texas. She is currently a member of PREA (Pension Real Estate Association) and serves as an Associate Council Member of the University Of Texas Real Estate Finance & Investment Center. Susie is also a member of the Investment Advisory Committee for the Texas Women’s Foundation and is an Associate Leadership Council alumnae of The Real Estate Council.
