As Senior Managing Director for Trammell Crow Residential, Crow Holdings Industrial and Crow Holdings Office, Sean Rae is responsible for national debt and equity Capital Markets, a position he has held since 2014. In this role, Sean oversees debt and equity placement and capital relationship management. Additionally, he sits on the Investment Committee of Crow Holdings Partners, a Registered Investment Advisor and affiliate of Crow Holdings.
Prior to his current Capital Markets role, Sean was a development partner in the Trammell Crow Residential Gulf Coast (Houston, TX) office, where he oversaw multifamily development. During his tenure, Sean has been responsible for or directly involved in new development, refinance and sale transactions totaling more than $5 billion.
Sean received his B.B.A. and M.B.A degrees from Texas Tech University in Lubbock.
