Sam Peck is a Managing Director at Crow Holdings Capital. He is responsible for the overall investment activities of the Crow Holdings Retail Funds (CHRF), a niche fund strategy focused on acquiring and developing multi-tenant shopping centers across the United States featuring food, service and daily-needs oriented tenancy. Sam has been with Crow Holdings and affiliated entities since 2007 and currently sits on the firm’s Retail Investment Committee.
Prior to leading CHRF, Sam worked in CHC’s Multifamily group where he was responsible for sourcing and overseeing acquisition, value-add and development opportunities in the Southeastern United States and New York City.
Sam received a B.B.A. in Real Estate Finance from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. He is a graduate of The Real Estate Council’s Associate Leadership Council and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
