Phil Prassas is Senior Managing Director of Crow Holdings Industrial. He joined the firm in 2016 as its second partner and opened an office in Los Angeles from where he runs the western region. He is responsible for all investment activities including market strategy, site and asset identification, deal structuring, project entitlements and product design as well as construction and project capitalization.
Prior to joining Crow Holdings Industrial, Phil was Principal and Senior Vice President of Investments at KTR Capital Partners, where he sourced and closed the acquisition and development of more than $1.0 billion of industrial product on the West Coast. Prior to KTR, Phil served as Vice President of Acquisitions & Dispositions for Duke Realty Corporation. Prior to that, Phil worked at RREEF where he was responsible for originating and underwriting investment opportunities in multiple markets across the country. Since 2001, Phil has been involved in nearly $5.0 billion of commercial real estate investment.
Phil graduated cum laude with a B.S. degree in Finance from Miami University (Ohio).
