Nathan Schubert is responsible for the multifamily development activities at Crow Holdings Capital. He is a member of the Crow Holdings Capital Investment Committee and also serves as Portfolio Manager and member of the Investment Committee for the firm’s Build-to-Hold fund, which is focused on the development of multifamily in partnership with Trammell Crow Residential in select U.S. markets.
Nathan began his real estate career in 2003, and has been with Crow Holdings and affiliated entities since 2014. Prior to joining CHC, Nathan was with JPI, where he served in various multifamily development, acquisition and asset management roles.
Nathan received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas, and is an active member of the National Multi-Housing Council and The Real Estate Council.
