With Trammell Crow Residential since 2007, Matt Enzler’s current responsibilities as Senior Managing Director include site selection, land acquisition, design, development, operation and disposition of Class A multifamily properties. In this role, he has been responsible for development of over 10,000 units in Texas and Arizona.
Formerly, as TCR’s Vice President of Finance, Matt worked to structure and close debt and equity transactions. Before joining TCR, Matt was a Vice President with Comerica Bank, where he worked as a commercial real estate lender.
Matt is a graduate of The Real Estate Council’s Associate Leadership Council and is currently involved with TREC’s PAC and Public Policy Committee. He is actively involved in NMHC, serves on the NAHB Multifamily Leadership Board and is a board member of Uptown Dallas, Inc. He previously served as the Board President for the Dallas Texas Exes and Board Chair of the Dallas Regional Chamber Young Professionals. Matt received his B.B.A. degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
