MATT COCHRANE

Matt Cochrane leads Crow Holdings Industrial’s business in North and South Carolina, managing the full life cycle of industrial development from site selection and acquisition, to design, construction and project execution.

Prior to joining Crow Holdings Industrial, Matt served as an Investment Officer for Exeter Property Group, where he oversaw acquisitions, developments and leasing throughout the Carolinas. Prior to that, he worked for both KDC and EastGroup Properties, where he sourced new development opportunities and managed expansion of the REIT’s Carolinas portfolio.

Matt received a J.D. and M.B.A, both with a concentration in real estate, as well as a B.A. in Communications Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He formerly sat on the Board of Directors for Charlotte NAIOP and is a founding member of The Corners Society in Charlotte, a charity aimed at community involvement and local volunteering.
