As Managing Director of Trammell Crow Residential, Mark Hoyt is responsible for all aspects of the development, construction and operations for the Pacific Northwest. Since joining TCR in 2015, he has overseen the development of over 1,300 multifamily units representing over $450 million of total capitalization.
Mark began his career at Security Properties, which is a Seattle-based multifamily investment and development firm primarily focused in major West Coast markets. For over 11 years, he worked in various capacities in the firm and contributed to closing approximately $1.5 billion of multifamily investments.
Mark received his undergraduate degree from California State University, Sacramento and a Master’s degree in Urban Planning with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Washington’s (Seattle) College of Built Environments.
