Johanna Chervak joined Crow Holdings Industrial as Vice President for the Northeast region in 2020 where she is responsible for managing industrial development projects in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining CHI, Johanna spent 21 years at Rockefeller Group Development Corporation, beginning as Assistant Property Manager of its 1.9 million square foot Time & Life building in Midtown Manhattan. Subsequent roles at Rockefeller included Manager of Real Estate Services for the New York portfolio, Manager of Real Estate Development in New Jersey, and Director of the Northeast, where she managed office and industrial development projects.
Johanna holds a B.A. from the University of South Florida and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from New York University. She is a member of NAIOP.
