Vice President



Jared Riemer is Vice President of Development for the Western region at Crow Holdings Industrial. He joined the Los Angeles office in 2017 where he is responsible for the acquisition, capitalization, entitlement, design, construction, leasing, and disposition of various industrial assets.

Prior to joining CHI, Jared worked in residential development at Urban Village, Holland Partner Group, and Westbrook Partners. He was responsible for managing for-rent and for-sale residential development projects ranging from single family to high-rise construction.

Jared holds a B.A. in Social Science from San Diego State University, a Master in Urban Planning from the University of California Irvine, and an M.B.A from the UCLA Anderson School of Management where he graduated with honors and was the recipient of the Gloria Appel Fellowship. He is currently an active member of the Developing Leaders National Forum in NAIOP.
