Cristen Conkling is the Head of Portfolio and Asset Management of Crow Holdings Partners, a division within Crow Holdings Capital. She is responsible for investment management and client relations. Cristen joined the firm in 2020.
Previously, Cristen was a Director and Portfolio Manager at AEW Capital Management where she was responsible for overseeing all aspects in the strategic investment and operation on behalf of core/value-add funds and institutional separate accounts. Throughout her career at AEW and Goldman Sachs’ Archon Group, Cristen has served in a variety of roles that encompassed acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio management of a diversity of asset classes domestically and globally, including industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, retail, senior housing, and office.
Cristen holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University and received an M.B.A from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
