Cristen Conkling is the Head of Portfolio and Asset Management of Crow Holdings Partners and is responsible for investment management and client relations. Cristen joined the firm in 2020.
Previously, Cristen was a Director and Portfolio Manager at AEW Capital Management where she was responsible for overseeing all aspects in the strategic investment and operation on behalf of core/value-add funds and institutional separate accounts. Throughout her career at AEW and Goldman Sachs’ Archon Group, Cristen has served in a variety of roles that encompassed acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio management of a diversity of asset classes domestically and globally, including industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, retail, senior housing, and office.
Cristen holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University and received an M.B.A from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
