Cory is Managing Director of Crow Holdings Industrial’s business in Houston and the Gulf Coast, overseeing all aspects of the investment life cycle including site selection, acquisition, development, asset management and disposition.
Prior to joining Crow Holdings Industrial, Cory was Vice President of Leasing at Duke Realty Corporation in Houston where he was responsible for the marketing and leasing efforts of Duke’s office and industrial portfolio consisting of over 6 million square feet. He was on a team that developed over 3.5 million square feet of industrial and office space. Additionally, Cory worked at Trammell Crow Company in Houston where he was responsible for leasing over 6 million square feet of industrial product.
Cory attended the University of Texas at Austin where he earned a B.B.A. degree in Finance and was a member of the golf team. He spends his free time coaching his children’s soccer, softball and baseball teams and playing golf.
