As Chief Compliance Officer of Crow Holdings Partners (CHP), formerly Maple Capital Management, Christopher (Chris) Bafo has overall responsibility for SEC compliance matters for CHP. Chris has served in this role since 2018. Prior to his current position with CHP, Chris was with Crow Holdings and affiliated entities from 1989 through 2011, serving different managerial roles in Finance, Accounting, Fund Accounting, Operations and Portfolio Management/Investor Relations. Chris served as an officer for various affiliated entities during this time.

From 2012 through 2018, Chris was President and CEO of CB Fund Services (CBFS), an independent administrative services firm he founded. CBFS also provided services to the Crow Holdings affiliated real estate funds.

Chris began his career in public accounting providing both tax and audit services to clients. Chris received a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Chris is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.

This overview is designed to introduce Crow Holdings and its various operating companies. Crow Holdings Capital is a U.S. SEC registered investment adviser and is the manager to the Crow Holdings Capital Funds. Crow Holdings Partners is a division within Crow Holdings Capital. Crow Holdings Capital, Trammell Crow Residential, Crow Holdings Industrial and Crow Holdings Office are operated separately and independently from one another with separate senior leadership and investment committees.
