Charley Dickenson is a Vice President in the Self-Storage Group group at Crow Holdings Capital. He has been affiliated with the firm since 2018. Charley focuses on development and acquisition opportunities across the country.
Prior to joining CHC, Charley spent two years as a member of the debt & equity team at HFF in Dallas, Texas. Prior to HFF, Charley served as Vice President with Peloton Commercial Real Estate in Dallas, Texas from 2010-2015 as a tenant and landlord representative.
Charley received a B.B.A. degree in Real Estate Finance from The University of Denver in 2010. He holds a CCIM designation and is a member of the CCIM North Texas Chapter.
