Alec Schiffer is a Managing Director of Trammell Crow Residential. Alec joined TCR in 2014. Based in Carlsbad, his responsibilities include sourcing and executing TCR’s development activities in Southern California.
Previously Alec was with Strata Equity Group, Inc. most recently serving as Vice President of Acquisitions where his responsibilities included asset management, acquisitions, dispositions and capital markets activities for a diverse portfolio including multifamily, retail, self-storage and land holdings in the Western U.S. Prior to that, he worked as a Regional Associate at a senior housing advisory firm and as a Principal at a Southern California real estate investment and advisory firm.
Alec received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado-Boulder.
